Emperor Frederick the Fashionable always has the best clothes to wear, but when the Chief Designer runs out of ideas the palace is thrown into chaos. A pair of charismatic con artists come up with a cunning plan and the Emperor must decide if he really is the one fit to wear these Very Important Garments.
